Refund policy

If you are not satisfied with your Natural Sloth products or gift, please review our return, refund, and exchange policies below. 

 

Returns

To start a return, log in to your account and select the order you’d like to return.

We offer free returns for store credit on unused products within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in original condition.

  • Products with broken seals, used items, or purchases made during holiday sales are not eligible.

Refunds

Our standard policy is to issue store credit that never expires.
If you prefer a refund to your original payment method, a $10 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund total.

  • Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect your return.

  • Once processed, refunds typically appear in 3–5 business days on debit cards and up to 10 additional business days on credit cards.

 

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different product, simply return your original item for store credit and place a new order.

 

Shipping

  • Store credit returns: A prepaid return label is provided at no cost.

  • Refunds: A $10 return fee will be deducted from your refund.

  • Items not returned in their original condition may be subject to a reduction in value.
